TRX Suspension Trainer
Now i got the opportunity to try one of these out and absolutely loved it! The TRX Suspension Training kit is a great way to push your body a little farther to get bigger more toned muscles if you are willing to pay $200 on this bad boy. Even though the price is steep for such a simple design, it is totally worth it for the results and versatility in exercises it can accomplish. Im getting mine in two weeks and I am stoked to try it out and let you know how it goes.
Partner Work Outs
Working out for a long period of time can be a big commitment and that is why i work out with a partner and though its not required it does help if your partner is your girl or your man. These are some work outs that me and my girlfriend do together and also have fun doing as well.
Now the most important thing when working out with a partner is to not make fun of them or tell them there not doing it right but just to enjoy that they are trying for you and treat it like a date rather then a work out; Laugh have fun and don't get to strict about anything.

Motivation to run
This is motivation to skip the pizza, ice cream, fast food, sweets, and start running more. Running is in my opinion the best work out for you along with swimming. It works every muscle in your body, along with helping you cardiovascular system. Nothing helps get rid of a few pounds and show those abdominals you've been hiding more than running. I run at least one mile every other day and though it doesn't sound like much consistency is stronger than giving up after burning yourself out.
Body Weight Periodic Table
This chart is good for anyone at any level of fitness. You can work all parts of your body just by picking a row and doing all of them in that row. Then for you work out junkies like myself there are exercises that you may not have even heard about! I tried a lot of them and some of them are extremely difficult.
My Goals for Be Fit Now
I am making this Blog for all you fitness junkies out there like me that love new work outs and ideas to put your body to the test! I will be posting work out challenges, what to eat, Types of exercises, and just what has worked for me. I hope you like this and please comment to let me know what types of work outs you do or what you eat that helps you to stay in good shape so i can include them in my blog.
